Jenny Lam

Jenny commenced at Announcer Group in October '10 and formed part of the Lending division whereby providing consultation to new and existing clients. Jenny specialises in providing advice and recommendation in finance transactions including residential mortgages, refinances, variations, construction and property projects, debt consolidation and restructuring of debt. She completed her Bachelor of Economics degree at the University of Sydney and hold Certificate IV in Financial Services. Jenny is accredited with MFAA and received her Certificate as an MFAA Associate Credit Adviser in June '11, and is also AML compliant. She completed her Commercial Finance qualification in March '12.

Prior to this, Jenny has been in the finance industry for over 7 years in organisations namely Investec Bank, Perpetual and AFIG. She commenced her finance career initially at AFIG in which she managed a portfolio of clients comprising of originators in the finance industry. This led to further exposure to the industry which allowed her to diversify her portfolio and specialised in corporate clients at Perpetual in the Corporate Trust division.

She then joined Investec Bank in the operations area and specialised in settlements and documentation for a diverse range of finance transactions including growth and acquisition finance, syndicated finance, property investment and other lending for the organisation.

Jenny joined Announcer Group with the vision to provide clients with the advice to add-value in achieving an optimal outcome for their finances and debt position. In February '12, Jenny was appointed as Justice of the Peace, NSW.
